Kauffman Polar Wind

Looking for that cost effective intake for higher Horsepower combos that you don't have to spend weeks welding and grinding on, well here it is. The Kauffman Polar Wind! This Box Ram intake was built for applications that are 850HP and higher working in the 5000-8000 rpm power band. Recommended minimum head flow is 370/380 cfm. Designed for Kauffman Super Wedge and High Port heads, can work with wide port Edelbrock heads too. Only comes in 4500 series Dominator carb flange. Has outer intake manifold bolts hole moved away from ports 1/2" for larger port work. As cast ports are app. 2.400 x 1.300 in size. Dyno testing shown 10+ HP gains over BOP intake and track testing shown half a tenth gains in 8 second cars.

Kauffman North Wind 4150

Another fine piece to the puzzle. This has been a needed part for quite some time. For those searching power but still wanting to keep the stock hood and an air cleaner. Your search is over. We give you the Northwind intake. This manifold made best for horsepower applications from 550-800 HP in the 2500-7000 rpm range. Std. design is 4150 Holley style carb with a RA IV port match machined into the intake.

Kauffman High Port Water Crossover

$ 90.00 Here is our newest water crossover designed only for our High Port head. This crossover will only fit the High Port head for proper alignment of the water passage to the timing cover. This crossover retains the stock location for T-stat housing and screw in water ports.

This is the new KRE aluminum Pontiac timing cover! This Pontiac timing cover is made by precision sand casting 356-T6 aluminum. The timing cover comes with the following features:

Has 0, 6, and 12 degree timing marks like the original 1969 Pontiac timing cover
Fully 5 axis CNC machined

Accepts ALL standard Pontiac parts from 1969 and up

By popular demand, this is our 1964-68 Timing cover. A stock replacement cover for the guy that doesn't want to change there pulleys and/or bracket locations for the 1969 or later style cover and pump. Has the dipple for Tri-Power intake manifolds too. Comes with seal installed and heater nipple drilled.

This is our standard replacement aluminum oil filter housing. This piece is designed for the stock oil filter and has the angle to pull the filter closer to the block for header clearance. Made from 356-T6 alum. for strength just like our cylinder heads. Will fit the MR-1 and stock blocks.
